We offer free returns for online orders! 

Online orders must be initiated within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a return. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Request a Return Authorization number (RA #) by emailing us at Hello@saturdaydogclub.com calling us at 1 (212) 244-2377 
  2. Clearly mark your RA # at the bottom of the invoice included with your order. Returns received without an RA # will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
  3. Use the pre-paid return label included in your package to send back your return.

Return Policy Details

Items purchased online may be returned to our office  aboerfect condition in order to be considered for return. Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, you will be charged for the package to be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. Washing:

  • Machine-wash organic cotton at a normal cycle with a low temperature (max. 30°C) or cold.
  • Use a gentle eco-friendly laundry detergent and avoid conventional softeners or bleach.
  • Wash with similar colors and inside out to protect the fabric.

Drying:

  • Avoid tumble-drying to prevent aging, shrinkage, and save energy.
  • Hang-dry organic cotton garments immediately after washing, gently shaking and reshaping them.

Ironing:

  • Shake out damp organic cotton clothes to naturally remove wrinkles.
  • Iron at low to medium heat.
  • Start with the lowest heat setting and gradually adjust as needed due to the fabric's heat sensitivity.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
